A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
Previous work experience in customer service.
At least one year remaining in post-secondary education, or alternatively, a strong passion for economics and a choice to work part-time for other reasons.
Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Availability to complete a three-week continuous introduction during daytime hours.
Flexibility regarding working hours.
Ability to work at least two shifts per week and five days per week during the summer.
